The risk can vary from minor strains and sprains to major injuries to sudden death. I assume the risk for my health and my program.
I understand and accept these risks and agree that neither Yoana Terán, Kettlebell Mommy, YoanaOnlineFitnes nor any agent, employee, contractor, partner, representative, executor or person associated with Yoana Terán will be liable for any personal injury or property loss or damage to me, even if loss was due to negligence. I hereby release Yoana Terán, any agent, employee, contractor, partner, representative, executor or person associated with Yoana Terán from any liability now or in the future.
